Product Detail

The Epiphone Starling Acoustic Guitar is a dream for beginner guitarists. Priced affordably, it makes owning a quality Epiphone instrument accessible to all. The back and sides are crafted from layered mahogany, while the top is layered spruce, ensuring durability and a great tone. The mahogany neck has a comfortable C - shaped profile. The Indian laurel fretboard comes with 20 medium jumbo frets, allowing you to press the strings down with less effort. The 24.75” scale length reduces string tension and the distance your fingers need to stretch for chord shapes. The pickguard features a unique Starling graphic. This starter pack includes everything you need: an Epiphone gig bag, three picks, a strap, and a clip - on electronic tuner. Note that a 3 - volt (CR2032) battery is required to power the tuner. The body has a square shoulder dreadnought shape, with black single - ply binding on the top and back and a gloss finish. The neck has a 12' fingerboard radius, dots as inlays, and a glued - in dovetail joint. The hardware has a nickel finish, and the tuning machines are Epiphone Premium Die - cast. The strings gauge is.012.016.024.032.042.053, and a gig bag is included. PLU: EASTARWRCHSP.

Using Your Epiphone Starling Acoustic Guitar: First, put on the strap using the strap buttons at the bottom and side of the heel. Then, insert a 3 - volt (CR2032) battery into the clip - on electronic tuner and tune your guitar. The medium jumbo frets on the fretboard make it easy to press the strings for chords. Start learning basic chords and strumming patterns. Note: Keep your guitar away from extreme temperatures and humidity as it can damage the wood. When not in use, store it in the included gig bag. Maintenance: Wipe the strings with a clean cloth after each use to remove sweat and dirt. Check the tuning machines regularly to ensure they are working smoothly. If the action (the height of the strings above the fretboard) seems off, you may need to adjust the truss rod, but it's best to have a professional do this if you're not experienced.
