The world-famous Gibson J-45, nicknamed 'The Workhorse', is Gibson's all-time best-selling acoustic guitar. First introduced in 1942, it's the cornerstone of the round-shoulder, dreadnought line. Renowned for its full, balanced sound, warm bass, and excellent projection, the J-45 Standard offers an incredible dynamic range, warm mids, and a tight punchy bass. The body features a round shoulder J-45 shape, Sitka spruce top, and mahogany back and sides. It has traditional hand scalloped X-bracing, multi-ply top binding, and a gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish. The neck has a slim taper profile, 24.75-inch scale length, rosewood fingerboard, and mother-of-pearl dot inlays. Hardware includes a traditional belly up bridge, Tusq saddle, Grover Rotomatics tuning machines, and a tear drop pickguard. The electronics feature an LR Baggs VTC under saddle pickup with volume and tone controls. It comes with 0.053, 0.042, 0.032, 0.024, 0.016, 0.012 gauge strings and a hardshell case.

When playing, the full - bodied sound will resonate beautifully. For cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the body, neck, and strings after each use.
