These Ernie Ball RPS Super Slinky electric guitar strings feature a patented bronze wire winding tightly wrapped around the ball - end lock twist. This design greatly reduces string slippage and breakage at the ball end, where issues usually occur. The plain strings in the RPS sets last longer and stay in tune better than regular plain strings. The wound strings are the same as those in SLINKY NICKEL WOUND. Available in gauges .009, .011, .016, .024w, .032, .042. PLU: 2239EB.
