Adjust the Volume and Overdrive to go from a soft, caressing rasp to a powerful gain monster. Shape your sound with the Tone control or use the Tone On/Off switch to skip the tone circuit. It has true bypass for a pure signal chain. Using the Electro - Harmonix Nano Hot Tubes Overdrive Pedal is easy. First, you can connect it to your guitar and amplifier. To adjust the sound, use the Volume and Overdrive knobs. Turn the Volume up to increase the overall sound level, and play with the Overdrive to get different levels of distortion, from a gentle rasp to a strong gain. The Tone control helps you shape the tone of your sound. If you want to skip the tone - shaping part, just use the Tone On/Off switch. When it comes to power, you can use the included 9 - Volt battery. Or, if you prefer, you can use the optional 9.6DC - 200 power supply. Remember to keep the pedal away from moisture and extreme temperatures. Clean it gently with a dry cloth. If you're not using it for a long time, take out the battery to avoid damage.
