Product Detail

The Microsynth pedal offers a wide range of fat analog synth sounds, from the classic vintage tones of early Moog synthesizers to custom - made creations. These sounds have graced the classic recordings of some of the world's top musicians. With its compact ten - slider layout, guitarists with a taste for sonic exploration can dial in an almost endless variety of analog synth sounds, from percussive stabs to unique backwards - sounding bowed effects. It features true bypass, an all - analog design, a 3 - pole analog resonant filter, and a 4 - voice mixer section that combines sub - octave, original, octave - up, and square wave sounds. The square wave voice can also serve as a distortion tone. You have full control over the filter's sweep with adjustable start/stop frequency sliders and resonance control. There's also an adjustable attack time for fading - in notes. Built in a tough and compact die - cast chassis, it comes with a 96DC - 200BI power supply. Dimensions are 4.75 (w) x 5.75 (l) x 2.5 (h) inches or 146 (w) x 121 (l) x 64 (h) mm. PLU: MICRO.

Using the Electro - Harmonix MICRO Synth Pedal is quite straightforward. First, connect it to your guitar and amplifier using the appropriate cables. Then, plug in the included 96DC - 200BI power supply. Use the ten - slider layout to dial in the synth sounds you like. Start with the sliders for the basic sounds and then adjust the filter frequency sliders and resonance control to shape the tone. The adjustable attack time can give you a unique fade - in for your notes. When it comes to the square wave voice, just switch it on if you want a distortion tone. As for maintenance, keep the pedal in a dry and clean place. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures and humidity. If it gets dirty, use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the surface. Also, check the power supply and cables regularly for any signs of damage. That way, your pedal will keep producing great sounds for a long time.
