Product Detail

Fender's Pure Vintage hardware and bridges are crafted on original - era tooling whenever possible. Some of the original tooling has been carefully rebuilt to bring back the clean look of vintage Fender products. Many of these Pure Vintage parts can also be used on modern Fender instruments and amplifiers. Whether you're customizing, modifying, or restoring your classic Fender instrument or amp, this kit is the perfect choice to preserve its heritage and accuracy. This is a Pure Vintage Stratocaster 'Pat. Pend.' Saddle Kit. It comes with six nickel - plated steel saddles. These saddles are retooled to vintage specs, giving a crisp and clean look and feel. Each saddle is stamped with 'Fender Pat. Pend.'. The kit also includes intonation springs, Phillips head intonation screws, and hex saddle height adjustment screws. It was first introduced on the 1954 Stratocaster® guitar and is used on American Vintage '56, '59, and '65 Stratocaster guitars. It fits most vintage and modern Stratocaster bridges with a vintage (2 3/16') mounting spacing and a six - screw mounting design. Additional Information: PLU: 0992091000

Using this Fender Pure Vintage Strat Saddle Kit is easy. First, make sure your guitar is on a stable surface. Carefully remove the old saddles from your Stratocaster bridge. Then, take the new nickel - plated steel saddles from the kit and place them in the bridge, following the six - screw mounting design. Use the included Phillips head intonation screws and hex saddle height adjustment screws to secure the saddles. The intonation springs will help with the tuning accuracy. When it comes to maintenance, keep your guitar clean. You can use a soft cloth to wipe the saddles regularly. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they may damage the nickel plating. If you notice any loose screws, tighten them gently. Also, store your guitar in a dry place to prevent rusting of the steel parts. With proper use and care, this saddle kit will keep your Stratocaster sounding great for a long time.
