Using your new violin is easy. First, loosen the pegs on the scroll to insert the strings, then tune them with the fine tuners on the tailpiece. Hold the violin under your chin with the scroll on the left if you're right - handed. Use the bow to play by drawing it across the strings gently. When not in use, always keep your violin in the plush - lined case to protect it from dust and damage. Wipe the strings and body of the violin with a soft cloth after each use. Don't expose the violin to extreme temperatures or humidity as this can warp the wood. Regularly check the pegs and fine tuners for tightness to keep your violin in tune.
