Using the Electro - Harmonix Memory Boy is easy. First, connect your guitar to the input of the pedal and then connect the output to your amplifier. You can start by adjusting the delay time to get the echo effect you like. The delay time can go up to 550 ms. If you want to add some modulation, select between chorus or vibrato modulation rates and choose the triangle or square modulation waveform according to your preference. You can use an expression pedal to control the delay time or modulation rate. Just connect the expression pedal to the appropriate port, and it will extend the range of the modulation rate. When it comes to maintenance, keep the pedal clean and dry. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or moisture.
