The DP-2 is a nifty momentary footswitch. It's perfect for 'non-latch' operations like sustaining notes on electronic keyboards. Using the Roland DP2 Damper Switch Pedal is easy. Simply connect it to your electronic keyboard or Roland/BOSS recording gear. When you step on the pedal, it performs the 'non-latch' operation, like sustaining notes on the keyboard or punch in/out on the recording gear. Be careful not to step on it too hard to avoid damage. To keep it in good condition, clean it regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Don't expose it to extreme temperatures or moisture.
