Product Detail
The EB-6 features a custom Remo 8' pre-tuned banjo head. It doesn't need tensioning hardware and boosts tuning stability. The contoured mahogany body is well - balanced, paired with a slim Canadian maple neck. A stacked humbucking pick - up solves feedback issues, and the heavy - duty 'Terminator' tailpiece can handle loop - end or ball - end strings. Specifications include a maple neck, mahogany body, radiused rosewood fingerboard, and ebony/maple bridge. It has a mahogany wood finish and dot fingerboard. The parts and hardware consist of a bone nut, sealed guitar - style tuners, a straightline tailpiece, EADGBE strings, and chrome plating. There's an optional case, and a gig bag is included. The pickup is a humbucker at the neck position. PLU: EB6.
Using your EB - 6 banjitar is easy. First, if you want to use it acoustically, just start strumming like you would with a regular banjo. For electric use, plug it into an amplifier using the jack near the pickup. When tuning, use the guitar - style sealed tuners to get the right pitch for each of the EADGBE strings. As for maintenance, keep the instrument in a dry place to prevent the wood from warping. Wipe it down with a soft cloth after each use to remove dirt and sweat. If you notice any issues with the tuning stability, check the banjo head and make sure it's in good condition. And don't forget to change the strings regularly for the best sound quality. When not in use, you can store it in the included gig bag or the optional case for extra protection.
