The Gretsch Electromatic Center Block Jr. guitars are a powerhouse for live performances, delivering that pure, powerful Gretsch sound even at high volumes. The G5655TQM model features a smaller 14” single-cutaway body crafted from stunning quilted maple on the top, back, and sides, with a chambered spruce center block. This design offers dynamic resonance, high gain power, and lightweight comfort. The lower set maple neck gives you effortless access and smooth performance. The 12”-radius laurel fingerboard, with 22 medium jumbo frets and pearloid Neo-Classic™ thumbnail inlays, provides excellent playability. Its dual Black Top Broad’Tron™ humbucking pickups produce bold, dynamic, and articulate tones with an enhanced sonic punch. You can flexibly control the instrument's sonic power with individual pickup volume controls, a master tone, and a master volume with a treble bleed circuit. These guitars are painstakingly crafted, combining essential Gretsch sound, style, and playability. They come in four great colors - Speyside, Sweet Tea, Mariana, and Hudson Sky with a gold pickguard. Using your Gretsch Electromatic Center - Block Junior Electric Guitar is a breeze. First, plug it into an amplifier using a standard guitar cable. Adjust the individual pickup volume controls, master tone, and master volume to get the sound you want. You can use the 3 - position toggle switch to select different pickup combinations. When playing, the smooth laurel fingerboard and medium jumbo frets make it easy to move your fingers up and down the neck. As for maintenance, keep your guitar in a case when not in use to protect it from dust and damage. Wipe the strings with a clean cloth after each use to prevent corrosion. If you notice the action getting too high or low, you can adjust the bridge. Also, check the tuning machines regularly to make sure they're working properly. And remember, since it's a hollowbody guitar, avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures and humidity.
