The sound is a great mix of boldness and strength, thanks to the chambered spruce center block and new Gretsch FideliSonic™ pickups. These single - coil 90 pickups have a warm tone with a well - defined top - end. The lightweight spruce center block in the mahogany body reinforces the arched top and reduces feedback for great volume on stage. The traditional control layout allows you to shape the sound easily. The V - Stoptail can handle heavy playing, and the Adjusto - Matic™ bridge and synthetic bone nut ensure excellent tuning stability and accurate intonation. The 12” - radius laurel fingerboard with oval inlays and 22 medium jumbo frets on the white - bound nato neck is perfect for chords and riffs.
